HI, I'M AUDREY!
I have spent my life decoding the language of dreams, visions, and inner wisdom, combining
it all with life's synchronicities. In that combination, I find the personal insights and codes that offer guidance to the next [level | layer] of liberation, empowerment, and purpose.
Through the study of personal mythology, chakra work, plant medicine, ancestral veneration, mind-body connection, and energy dynamics, I've developed a practice called Inner
Landscape Work. Through visualization and meditation practices, I believe anyone
can explore and tend to their inner ecosystem, actively using their mind's eye to
energetically develop inner abundance and beauty. This is practiced in the pursuit
of personal sovereignty, discernment, and self-compassion.
I work closely with clients and their spirit team to develop an ongoing practice of spiritual hygiene, aura repair, and Inner Landscape exploration to contribute to them being the best
version of themselves. Custom flower and environmental essence blends are available to
Los Angeles clients to call in nature's support in this endeavor.

MY APPROACH
Though the core of my practice is using the mind to explore what lies beyond [& deeper than] our three-dimensional reality, the purpose of this work is boundary-setting, embodiment, and sovereignty. Meaning we take what we learn and put it into practice to create a present and expansive waking life where we are our dream selves.
With these approaches I set the intention that we are clear channels for truth, possibility, more life, and more love.
